How to Adapt the Host Key Callback Function to the New Version? #585
Hello
I need to use libnetconf2 version 3.7.10. The nc_server_ssh_set_hostkey_clb function and the related macro NC_SSH_KEY_TYPE cannot be found.
Is there any alternative API?
In addition, it is found that the functions such as nc_server_ssh_add_authkey and nc_server_add_endpt do not have replacement interfaces. Is there any document about the changes of libnetconf2 v2 to v3 interfaces? Thank you.
Host key is no longer provided by a callback but must directly be configured using nc_server_config_add_ssh_hostkey(). The configuration interface has been completely reworked but if you read the docuemntation, you should now what to do. You can generate docs for your specific version but v4 should have almost identical API to v3.
